Terms of Service
Effective date: September 16, 2026 · Nova Scotia, Canada
These Terms govern access to and use of Styla, including its brand workspace, product library, AI-assisted styling, image-generation, editorial and export features.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Styla, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business or organization you represent. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information.
2. Your workspace and content
You retain ownership of the product images, model references, brand materials, prompts and other content that you submit to Styla (Customer Content). You grant Styla a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process and transmit Customer Content solely to operate, secure and improve the service for you.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases needed to upload Customer Content, including consent from any identifiable person shown in a reference image. Do not upload confidential material or personal data that you are not authorized to share.
3. AI-assisted output
Styla uses automated systems and third-party AI services to prepare style plans and imagery. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material created for others, or unsuitable for a particular commercial, legal, cultural or regulatory purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publication, sale or other use.
Styla does not guarantee that generated output is copyrightable, available for exclusive use, non-infringing, or fit for a specific purpose. You must not present AI-generated people, products or claims in a misleading way.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe use is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, insecure, infringes rights, or risks the service or other users.
5. Availability, changes and third parties
We work to keep Styla available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued. Styla relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, workflow processing, storage and AI processing; their outages can affect the service.
6. Fees and cancellation
Where paid access is offered, applicable pricing, taxes, payment terms and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase or in a separate order form. Unless that order form says otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styla is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You and Styla submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
